Shipping
How is my artwork shipped?
Your precious piece of art is carefully and meticulously packed with love in a rigid envelope and shipped via USPS!
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS and arrive typically within 3-7 business days of when your order is taken to the post office. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by post office holidays or inclement weather, so please plan accordingly!
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email after your order is marked as 'shipped' with tracking information that will direct you to USPS' tracking services. Once your item is shipped, it is no longer in my hands. If you do not receive your order within 10-12 business days from when it is shipped, please contact me!
Returns & Refunds
Can I return something?
Unfortunately due to the nature of my products being handmade, returns are not accepted.
I'm not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?
If there is something incorrect with your oder that was quite apparently missed on my end, I'll gladly send you a refund for the mixed-up item(s). If something is completely missing, I'll send you the missing item the next business day. Refunds are not available for handmade artwork.
General
How long does it take to make my custom artwork?
After placing your order, fulfillment/creation time is currently 5-7 business days (please see shipping FAQ's for shipping times). Each custom piece of art is made with lots of love, time and attention to detail. It means a lot to me that you're spending your hard-earned money on something I've made! I want it to be as perfect as possible.
What materials do you use for my custom artwork?
While I primarily work with high-quality watercolor paints and inks, I'll occasionally use a mixed-media item such as colored pencils, pastels or crayons for a little "razzle dazzle". Each art piece is made on 140lb, 300 gsm watercolor paper.
Can you frame my artwork?
Unfortunately due to the logistical restrictions of shipping, I am currently not offering framing for custom artwork. However, I intentionally offer a variety of sizes that are exceptionally easy to find frames for.
